The day was absolutely perfect,
flowers blooming everywhere
And white doves knew their mission,
for they filled the Hill Country air.

And from yonder glorious hilltop,
came they, never deviating from their courses,
The beautiful sight of six pair
of snow white horses!

And behind them they pulled
the gilded golden carriage
That held the to-be deleriously
happy bride and groom.

And even nature celebrated
this special day,
For the hills, with glorious
orange blossoms were in bloom!

She was delicately beautiful
in her frothy breathtaking gown
And the groom was, by far,
the most handsome man around.

And up, up, up they drove,
way up the mountain to the chapel so high,
Such a breathtaking ride
that they thought they'd reach the sky!

For love had taken over the perfect day
to celebrate what it had won
Because the happy couple would be
man and wife before the day was done.

And when they got to the magnificent church,
the inside white, like a wedding cake,
They were so much in love and looking forward
to the vows they would make!

And married they were, and happy their story,
and the entire thing was so sublime
And down went the carriage
and six pair of white horses so fine.

And they knew they were strong enough
to meet headon life's twists and courses,
As they rode down to the future in a gilded carriage
pulled by six pair of white horses!
